The acquisition of a distressed property sitting on a prime one acre lot on Toluca Lake, the team created a modern farmhouse enclave. During an extensive interior and exterior remodel, a celebrity acquired the property for their family home. Prior of finishing, Paradigm worked very closely with the buyer to customize the property to meet their needs. Paradigm set a new per square foot sales record in that area.
