Clay Robson is a British Developer with over 25 years of experience in property development and real estate investment. Clay is an expert in forming and successfully navigating complex real estate transactions and strategic partnerships to purchase, improve, develop and sell high-end luxury construction projects. Clay’s expertise is in complex hillside construction projects, in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, and surrounding areas. Clay is committed to adding value for investors, through timely completion of successful projects. Before real estate, Mr. Robson was in private equity and hedge funds.
Between 2012 and 2018, Clay was instrumental in the acquisition, construction and eventual exit of over $128,000,000 in luxury residential real estate. Clay is now actively involved in a handful of Southern California projects with a combined estimated exit value of $180,000,000.
Producing the live Miss World beauty pageant and BBC’s iconic Top Gear for British TV gave Jules vital experience for the role of Paradigm’s Project Manager - logistics and motivating teams to a tight deadline. “At the Miss World Pageant, I helped manage a crew of 600 to build a floating stage in the Indian Ocean under hard conditions and a tight deadline,” she said. “After that, I knew could handle anything!”
Jules approaches Paradigm’s projects with the same high level of attention to details with deadlines, and trouble-shooting all being part of every-day project management.
"A late delivery of a bathtub impacts the tilers’ work, so it can’t happen and if that tiling isn’t straight or the closet doors are slightly off, I pick up on it. Everything has to be perfect - as if the cameras are rolling”.
Since leaving her native London for Los Angeles, Jules has also indulged her love of property and interiors, finding and styling homes as a consultant relocating media executives for such companies as Netflix, Facebook, and Shell Oil.
As Project Manager, Christopher solves problems and communicates effectively with all sub-contractors and project professionals. Proven ability of analyzing, developing, managing multiple trades to meet project objectives, client satisfaction and financial success.
Christopher has helped shape the success of our business. No matter what is asked of him, Christopher is always on-hand to keep the project on track as results-driven professional using his 13+ years of successful experience in interior design and project management.
