After acquiring two contiguous lots on West Hollywood, Paradigm retained cutting edge architecture firm Modative to design a 12 unit courtyard building in West Hollywood. A mix of flat and primarily townhouse style units, each unit has a private entrance and smart home technology and the extensive use of renewable materials.​
